A very ancient northern forest, eternal of aspect, beneath a sky profoundly starred. – In the midst, and towards the depths of night, a very old priest is seated wrapped in a wide black cloak. His head and the upper part of his body, slightly thrown back and mortally still, are leaning against the bole of an oak tree, huge and cavernous... To the right, six old blind men are seated upon stones, the stumps of trees, and dead leaves. – To the left, separated from them by an uprooted tree and fragments of rock, six women, blind also, are seated facing the old men...

Ru: Концепция издания основана на особенностях произведения:

Отсутствие света и визуальности в жизни героев отражается в отсутствии белого в книге, текст печатается черным по темно-серым страницам.

Ориентация персонажей в пространстве по звукам и на ощупь берется за основу верстки, так реплики героев располагаются относительно их местоположения.
Маленький формат издания (≈ A7) становится отсылкой к маленькому замкнутому миру героев и нежеланию что-то менять в своей жизни.

Eng: The concept of the book is based on the following features of the work:

The lack of light and visuals in the lives of the heroes is reflected in the absence of white in the book; the text is printed in black on dark gray pages.
The orientation of the characters in space by sounds and touch is taken as the basis of the layout, so the remarks of the characters are located relative to their position.
The small format of the publication (≈ A7) becomes a reference to the small, closed world of heroes and their unwillingness to change something in their lives.
